- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship most orders via Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery once your order has been shipped. We ship from Birmingham, AL so orders going to the Northwest or Northeast will take longer to be received (by nature of our location). Shipping will be charged at a rate of $6.95 for the first $50 of merchandise unless otherwise noted. $7.95 shipping for merchandise totals between $50 and $100 continuing at a rate of $1.00 increments per every $50 merchandise total. Shipping to Canada will be charged at a rate of $8.95 for the first $50 of merchandise. $9.95 shipping for merchandise totals between $50 and $100 continuing at a rate of $1.00 increments per every $50 merchandise total.
At this time we do not ship outside the USA and Canada. - Returns & Replacements
- We feel that you will be delighted with the quality of our merchandise. If however, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange in the event that a different size is needed. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Any merchandise returned after 10 days from receipt can only be returned for exchange or in-store credit. Please contact us by phone at (205) 733-6851 or by e-mail for return item instructions. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We can not accept returns on items that have been personalized or monogrammed.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. At the moment we only accept web payments made through Paypal.. You also have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. We can accept phone payments made by using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
